HD Voice technology delivers high-quality voice calls across Cricket's 4G LTE network. Customers with HD Voice will experience clearer voice quality and reduced background noise. You can talk in a normal voice and be heard clearly even in noisy environments. Conversations will sound more natural, almost as if the person at the other end of the line is right there next to you. And with HD Voice, you can talk while surfing at 4G LTE speeds. 4G LTE and HD Voice are not available everywhere.
Both you and the person you're calling must be on a Cricket plan and Cricket HD Voice-capable devices. The call must be made over Cricket's 4G LTE network or a compatible network.*
With HD Voice you'll experience crystal-clear audio and reduced background noise.
HD Voice uses wide-band audio technology and noise cancellation. That means voices sound more natural and you'll hear much less background noise compared to standard voice calls.
To experience Cricket HD Voice, the call must be made over Cricket's 4G LTE network or a compatible network.*
Cricket supports HD Voice calls between Cricket customers using Cricket HD Voice-capable devices. The call must be made over Cricket's 4G LTE network or a compatible network. In some cases, other carrier's networks may interoperate with Cricket's 4G LTE network to support an HD Voice call.
If you or the person you are talking to leave an area covered by Cricket's 4G LTE network during an HD Voice call, your call will automatically switch to our standard voice service.
There is no additional cost for Cricket's HD Voice service. HD Voice is just one more way Cricket is building a better network for its customers.

No, HD Voice Calls are not charged against your high-speed data allowance.
Yes. If you have an HD Voice-capable smartphone, Stream More will not affect your ability to make HD Voice calls.

*Cricket's 4G LTE coverage is not equivalent to its overall network coverage. HD Voice calls made on a compatible device on Cricket's 4G LTE network may not experience an HD Voice connection during times of network congestion. Other carriers' networks may interoperate with Cricket's 4G LTE network to support an HD Voice call.
